The Simplified Calculation of the Date of the Great Tribulation
The Day of Jehovah should take place on Tishri, 10 (biblical calendar based on the astronomical new moon and Jerusalem time (UTC (Universal Time)+2)), Friday, September 22 (after sunset in Jerusalem (UTC+2 (Universal Time)) /Saturday, September 23, 2023, until sunset in Jerusalem.
The Sabbath to Jehovah and the Rest for the Earth, The Year 2023/24 (Autumn)
(Leviticus 25:3-5)
This Year is preceding the Jubilee Year which will be the Beginning of the Resurrection
(Year 2024/25 (Autumn))
The year 2023 meets the three biblical criteria corresponding to the Day of Jehovah, which will be the Great Tribulation or the end of this system of things:
1 - In Revelation 11:19 the great tribulation will take place on a Ethanim (Tishri), 10. Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39 tell the prophetic account of the great tribulation. Obviously, in itself, this information does not give us the year (ANNEX 1).
"But the nations became wrathful, and your own wrath came, and the appointed time came for the dead to be judged and to reward your slaves the prophets and the holy ones and those fearing your name, the small and the great, and to bring to ruin those ruining the earth.” And the temple sanctuary of God in heaven was opened, and the ark of his covenant was seen in his temple sanctuary. And there were flashes of lightning and voices and thunders and an earthquake and a great hail" (Revelation 11:18,19). This is the vision of the Ark of the Covenant preceding the Great Tribulation. However, as in the vision of Ezekiel 9:3, the Ark of the Covenant was visible only the Tishri 10, the Day of the dramatic celebration of the Day of Atonement.
2- According to Ezekiel 39:12-14, the year which will correspond to the great tribulation, will be lunisolar, that is, there will be the addition of a 13th intercalary month (veadar) (ANNEX 2).
In the book of Ezekiel we can understand that the year in which the Great Tribulation will occur will be Lunisolar, with 13 months, according to the Jewish calendar. In Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39 we have the prophetic story of events before, during and after the Great Tribulation. After the Great Tribulation the prophecy gives the information of a seven-month period of cleansing the Earth: "The house of Israel will spend seven months burying them in order to cleanse the land" (Ezek. 39:12-14). How would this simple information make us understand that this would be a year of 13 months?
According to Revelation 11:19 the Great Tribulation will take place a Tishri 10th. At the end of the seven months written in Ezekiel 39: 12-14, it is written that the prophet had the vision of the Temple which represents the dominion of the Kingdom of God on earth, a certain in Nisan 10th: " In the 25th year of our exile, at the beginning of the year, on the tenth day of the month, in the 14th year after the city had fallen, on that very day the hand of Jehovah was upon me, and he took me to the city" (Ezekiel 40:1)
The simple cross-checking of information from the 7 months period, with the period from Tishri 10th to Nisan 10th (6 months normally), we understand that there will be the intercalary month of Veadar: The year when the Great Tribulation will take place will be a Lunisolar Year of 13 months. The year 2023/2024 will be lunisolar, that is to say there will be the addition of the month Adar II (or Veadar).
3 – According to Zechariah 14:8b, the Ethanim (Tishri), 10, corresponding to the year of the great tribulation, must be exactly to the passage from the summer to the autumn equinox (September, 21/22) (or winter according to the Bible) (ANNEX 3).
The Ethanim (Tishri), 10, corresponding to the aYear of the Great Tribulation, must be very exactly to the passage from summer to the autumn equinox (that is September 22/23, 2023) (or winter according to the Bible) (ANNEX 3).
Based on this three biblical information, this is the Year 2023, more specifically Ethanim (Tishri), 10, 2023 (Friday/Saturday, September 22/23, 2023), will be the date of the great tribulation.
The Date of the Great Tribulation and the Beginning of the Sabbath for Jehovah
To have the year corresponding with the seventh sabbath for Jehovah and the additional year of the jubilee, it is necessary to start from the year of the creation of Adam, with a biblical chronological calculation (see the details in the different calculation tables). This date is in the autumn, the first month Ethanim (Tishri) of the year 4026 BCE (ANNEX 1 bis). In making this calculation, there are three main factors:
1 – The numerical designation of the years is ordinal, in the beginning on the first day. For example, the day of the creation of Adam, began the year 1, of the existence of the man, the number 1 (first year) being ordinal.
2 – The number of complete years, is a cardinal number. Thus, at the beginning of year 2 of man's existence (ordinal number), Adam was 1 year old (cardinal number).
3 – There is no year zero (0), in the transition from before common era (B.C.E.), to common era (C.E.). Thus, the year following year 1 BCE, will be the year 1 CE, not counting a year zero (0).
When did the year 6000 of human existence begin? Starting from the autumn of 4026 before common era (BCE), until the autumn of the year 1 common era (CE) (the year zero not existing), there are 4026 complete years. To reach the 6000 complete years, it is necessary to add 1974 years, that is the autumn of 1975, being the end of the complete 6000 years of the existence of the man. However, the numerical designation of the years is ordinal, which means that the year 6000 began with the beginning of its count, in autumn of the year 1974. From autumn of 1974 to autumn of 1975, it was a jubilee year (multiple of 50 (120x50=6000)).
Adding 49 years ((6+1)x7), we arrive at the autumn of 2023, which corresponds to the beginning of the year 6049, the sabbath for Jehovah, the sabbath for the earth, until the fall of 2024 (Leviticus 25:3-5).
Adding 1 year (((6+1)x7) + 1 = 50), we arrive at the jubilee year 6050, from autumn of 2024 to autumn of 2025 (Leviticus 25:8-12).
The year 2024/2025 (Autumn) corresponds to the Year of the Jubilee
and the beginning of the earthly resurrection
The beginning of the resurrection, should take place,
Tishri 10, 2024 (October 9/10, 2024)
(According to the astronomical new moon)
It is very interesting to note that the apostle Paul associates the beginning of the resurrection (in the heavenly context) with the sounding of the trumpet: "Look! I tell you a sacred secret: We will not all fall asleep in death, but we will all be changed, in a moment, in the blink of an eye, during the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised up incorruptible, and we will be changed" (1 Corinthians 15:51,52). "Because the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a commanding call, with an archangel’s voice and with God’s trumpet, and those who are dead in union with Christ will rise first" (1 Thessalonians 4:16). Nevertheless, this exceptional trumpet sound must rather be linked to that of Ethanim (Tishri), 10, of the jubilee year which celebrates the release from slavery of death (Romans 5:12).
Therefore, the sounding of the trumpets is closely associated with the beginning of the resurrection. Here is what is written in Numbers 10:10: "Also, on your joyous occasions—your festivals and at the beginning of your months—you are to sound the trumpets over your burnt offerings and your communion sacrifices; they will serve as a reminder for you before your God. I am Jehovah your God". Jehovah God, in these commandments, associates the joy, the sound of the trumpets of the beginning of the month, with the burnt offerings which symbolize the redemption (what belongs to Jehovah) by the resurrection. There is also the expression of memorial, which seems to indicate, that the tables of monthly sacrifices, the different festivals like Pentecost, the Festival of Booths and the Sabbaths of the weeks and the beginning of the month, seem to describe joyful festivals which will celebrate the joy of the resurrection.
However, the exceptional trumpet blasts in the years were also those of the 10th, of the seventh month of the year of the Jubilee Year, which seems to indicate the precise date of the beginning of this great earthly resurrection: "You will then sound the horn loudly in the seventh month, on the tenth of the month; on the Day of Atonement, you should cause the sound of the horn to be heard in all your land. You must sanctify the 50th year and proclaim liberty in the land to all its inhabitants. It will become a Jubilee for you, and each of you will return to his property and each of you should return to his family" (Leviticus 25:9,10).
The jubilee year from Ethanim (Tishri),10, is symbolic of the liberation of mankind from the bondage of sin which results in death (Leviticus 25:10). This liberation has no better symbol than the resurrection which will deliver billions of humans during the reign of 1000 years: ““Death, where is your victory? Death, where is your sting?” The sting producing death is sin, and the power for sin is the Law. But thanks to God, for he gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ!” (1 Corinthians 15:55-57). The sting is the stick with a pointed end that the plowman uses to guide an animal when plowing. For 6,000 years of history, sin and death have held mankind in bondage. Therefore, it is logical to think that Ethanim (Tishri) 10, 2024, will be the first Jubilee of the millennial reign, which will usher in the beginning of the resurrection: "Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life, and those who practiced vile things to a resurrection of judgment" (John 5:28,29).
This jubilee, which will be fulfilled, will see the return of the dead to life and to their family with cries of joy. In addition, Leviticus 25 specifies that there will be a "return" in his property, which means that the resurrected one will henceforth have a property or an earthly lot which will belong to him forever: "But as for you, go on to the end. You will rest, but you will stand up for your lot at the end of the days" (Daniel 12:13). This "lot" is double, with the everlasting life and an earthly property that the Owner of the Earth will have granted to him: "Because the land is mine" - Says Jehovah (Leviticus 25:23).
Therefore, the different biblical elements show that the Great Tribulation should take place on Tishri 10, 2023, that is, Friday, September 22 after sunset, until Saturday, September 23, 2023, until sunset (Jerusalem time), being itself, a sabbatical year (7 times seven sabbaths) (this date is a double sabbath). However, Tishri 10, 2024 (October 9/10, 2024 (According to the astronomical new moon)), will be the official beginning of the planetary Jubilee year which will inaugurate (2024/25 (Autumn)), the release of humans from the death, through the resurrection. The apostle Paul showed that the resurrection is "everlasting deliverance": "He entered into the holy place, not with the blood of goats and of young bulls, but with his own blood, once for all time, and obtained an everlasting deliverance for us" (Hebrews 9:12). This everlasting deliverance will be the beginning of the resurrection on Tishri (Ethanim) 10, 2024 (October 9/10, 2024 (According to the astronomical new moon)), the beginning of the planetary jubilee year...
WHAT DO WE DO?
“The shrewd person sees the danger and conceals himself,
But the inexperienced keep right on going and suffer the consequences”
(Proverbs 27:12)
As the Great Tribulation is near, "the danger",
what to do to prepare ourselves, "to conceal ourselves"?
What do we do BEFORE, DURING and AFTER the Great Tribulation?
This first part will be based on spiritual preparation BEFORE the Great Tribulation. While the slide show, will be based on spiritual preparation, DURING
and AFTER the Great Tribulation.
Spiritual preparation BEFORE the Great Tribulation
"And everyone
who calls on the name of Jehovah will be saved"
(Joel 2:32)
Jesus Christ pointed out, the most important commandment: The love for Jehovah God: "He said to him: “‘You must love Jehovah your God with your whole heart and with your whole soul and with your whole mind.’ This is the greatest and first commandment" (Matthew 22: 37,38).
The love for God, is to recognize that He has a Name: Jehovah (YHWH) (Matthew 6: 9 "let your name be sanctified").
This love for God means to have a good relationship with Him, through the prayer. Jesus Christ gave specific requirements regarding the prayer to God, in Matthew 6:
"Also, when you pray, do not act like the hypocrites, for they like to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the main streets to be seen by men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. But when you pray, go into your private room and, after shutting your door, pray to your Father who is in secret. Then your Father who looks on in secret will repay you. When praying, do not say the same things over and over again as the people of the nations do, for they imagine they will get a hearing for their use of many words. So do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need even before you ask him.
“You must pray, then, this way:“‘Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified. Let your Kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also on earth. Give us today our bread for this day; and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And do not bring us into temptation, but deliver us from the wicked one.’
“For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you; whereas if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses" (Matthew 6: 5-15).
Jehovah God wants us to have an EXCLUSIVE relationship with Him, that is, He does not want us to pray another "god": "No; but I say that what the nations sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons and not to God; and I do not want you to become sharers with the demons. You cannot be drinking the cup of Jehovah and the cup of demons; you cannot be partaking of “the table of Jehovah” and the table of demons. Or ‘are we inciting Jehovah to jealousy’? We are not stronger than he is, are we?” (1 Corinthians 10: 20-22).
The second important commandment, according to Jesus Christ, is that we must love our neighbor: "The second, like it, is this: ‘You must love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments the whole Law hangs, and the Prophets" To these two commandments all the law is suspended, as well as the Prophets" (Matthew 22: 39,40) and " By this all will know that you are my disciples—if you have love among yourselves" (John 13:35). The love for God is through the love for our neighbor: Whoever does not love has not come to know God, because God is love" (1 John 4: 8) (The sacred life).
If we love God, we will seek to please Him through good conduct: "He has told you, O man, what is good.
And what is Jehovah requiring of you? Only to exercise justice, to cherish loyalty, And to walk in modesty with your God!" (Micah 6:8).
If we love God, we will avoid a conduct that He disapproves: "Or do you not know that unrighteous people will not inherit God’s Kingdom? Do not be misled. Those who are sexually immoral, idolaters, adulterers, men who submit to homosexual acts, men who practice homosexuality, 10 thieves, greedy people, drunkards, revilers, and extortioners will not inherit God’s Kingdom" (1 Corinthians 6: 9 , 10).
The love for God is to recognize that He has a Son, Jesus Christ. We must love him and have faith in his Sacrifice which allows the forgiveness of our sins by God. Jesus Christ is the only path to everlasting life and God wants us to recognize Him: "Jesus said to him: “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" and "This means everlasting life, their coming to know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ" (John 14:6; 17:3).
The love for God is to recognize that He is guiding us through His Word the Bible. We must read it every day to know better God and his Son Jesus Christ. The Bible is our guide that God has given to us: "Your word is a lamp to my foot, And a light for my path" (Psalms 119: 105).
